The fall equinox is Clara’s favourite time of year. September 22nd is the halfway point between the summer and winter solstice.

In the Northern hemisphere, the plants are preparing for hibernation. They are shedding leaves and all things that are taking up unnecessary resources.

Drawing inspiration from nature, this is a wonderful time to take stock of what you have, who you are, and shed any and all things taking up unnecessary energy.

As we move into the darkness of winter, we begin to go inside; we get more self-reflective. 

Clara calls this time of year when we take the stairs down into our spiritual basements and tinker with the unseen.

    1. If you’re a member—you’re all set! You’ll see the option to join the LIVE yoga classes and have access to the on-demand content in the app.

    2. If you’re not yet a member, join us for free for the Equinox Retreat – here’s how:

      • Click here and choose the monthly subscription option.

      New members will be able to access the playlist and LIVE yoga classes, and if you’ve enjoyed practicing with us, you can continue with your subscription.

    We’ve created playlists for beginners and those who are new to the practice.

    we also have the Prenatal Collections with classes from the 1st – 4th trimesters that I created when I was pregnant with my daughter. 

    Finally, I offer PLENTY of modifications and suggestions based on injury in all the platform classes. 

    The biggest thing is to always listen to your body; your body is the greatest teacher.
